Located in the Throggs Neck area of the Bronx, New York, Fort Schuyler House is currently accepting applications for affordable and market rate rental housing.
Fort Schuyler House is an independent living community and provides housing to seniors age 62 and older.The building has 138 rental units of which 116 are studios and 22 are one-bedrooms.

The building is situated right off the Cross Bronx Expressway East Tremont Avenue, is close to the Bx 42 bus stop, the Bx 9 Express bus into Manhattan, and is a few minutes away from the Hutchinson River Parkway shopping center. There are also grocery stores, restaurants and clinics within walking distance of the building.
